Anna M. Rediger, age 89, of Wonder Lake, died Monday, July 5, 2010 at the home of her son in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
She was born July 12, 1920 in Chicago to Charles and Marie Schmidt.
Family was most important to Anna. She was a longtime resident of Wonder Lake, and an active member of Nativity Lutheran Church where she volunteered folding bulletins each week. She also was a member of T.O.P.S. (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) and was elected T.O.P.S. Queen of the Wonder Lake Chapter. She enjoyed ceramics and crafts.
Survivors include her three children, William (Susan) Rediger Jr. of Lake Geneva, Kathy (Gary) Chambers of South Carolina, Anna Mary (Vern) Schreck of Chicago; thirteen grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Rediger on February 14, 2003; and her parents.
Friends and neighbors may greet the family from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service on Friday, July 9, at Nativity Lutheran Church, 3506 E. Wonder Lake Road, Wonder Lake, IL
Interment will be in Ringwood Cemetery, Ringwood.
