Continue ReadingDiane Schiazza, age 67, of Round Lake Beach, Illinois, passed away on August 18, 2020, at Amita Health Holy Family Medical Center in Des Plaines. She was born on June 5, 1953 to Gabriel and Anna (Janicki) Schiazza in Evanston, IL.
In 1961, she moved to Glenview and then in 1983, she relocated to the Round Lake area. Diane was a kind and trusting soul who was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. She loved to play Bingo and spend time with her family and friends.
Diane is survived by her brother, David (JoAnn) Schiazza, of Round Lake Beach, and her sister, Donna Schiazza, of Surprise, Arizona.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gabriel Schiazza, mother, Anna Schiazza, and her brother, Glenn Schiazza.
There will be a visitation for Diane at 11:00am at Justen’s Round Lake Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 26th, followed by a funeral service at 1pm. Burial will be at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville.
In accordance with public gathering restrictions, attendees are expected to wear a mask and observe social distancing. The funeral home staff will monitor capacity limits and allow up to 50 people in at a time.
