Frankie had many friends from all walks of life. It’s not surprising, has her wore many hats. I didn’t know him in his younger days as he walked to the beat in a uniform. Retirement didn’t stop him from cruising down the river of no return, another job enjoying life and shenanigans in a police boat. Keeping the waves safe. He enjoyed being a Kroozer and the car events that he helped make a successful event. He knew how to have a good time and he knew rough times. He reconnected with Mar and the next phase of life continued for him. Heart flames were lit for eternity with Mar. He knew his health was failing and yet he found time for a few friends, like me as an example. He always had an open ear for me, as I called, texted, and met him & his Bride at McDonalds in Richmond. He was living in the good ole days, Now he ache’s no more, he has nothing but joy. He’s in a kingdom with no boundaries, no pain, no anxiety, and he sees us and loves us all. He hears what we pray and he knows we’ll be ok when morning comes… Frank you are missed by so many, I ask you to give a hug to Ron & Cheryl, Hank, and the list goes on. I’m looking forward to seeing you soon, but God ain’t done with me yet. You already knew benign was fine, thanks for putting in a word for me. An old Dodger like you will be hard to be without….

My late husband, Marty, and I met Frank while we were in the Kroozers Car Club. They both loved their classic cars and their careers, helping others and keeping them safe, in law enforcement. May God Bless this good man.
