What a great loss to all who knew him. Frank was the best neighbor - we missed him dearly when we moved. A man with a heart of gold, an infectious laugh (more of a giggle ;)), always willing to help, and the best parties. Our hearts are broken. Hugs to Dee, kids and grandkids. - Rob, Dawn & Ian Fournie

I always looked forward to seeing Frank at any family function. You never knew what funny thing he was going to say or do. I loved the garbage can cookouts, and I blame him (in a good way), for my love of cruises! One of my favorite vacations was our first cruise we took with Frank, Eileen and the rest of the family. Thinking of you during this difficult time.?
