Harry Raymond Nichols age 98 of Wonder Lake, IL passed away on January 26, 2022. He was born in Chicago, IL to Judson and Ruth (Van Dyke) Nichols on November 21, 1923.

Harry was in the United States Army. He graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology. He worked at iit as a Metalurgical Engineer for 30 years. If he wasn’t on the tennis court he was working in his vegetable garden. He enjoyed Wonder Lake and all the activities. He relaxed on his swing watching the lake. His greatest accomplishment was his family, and he was always ready to help everyone.

Harry is survived by his children; Judy Roller and Bill Nichols (Pearl), his grandchildren; Daniel (Gina) and Tommy Roller, and great granddaughter Elizabeth Roller.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Bernadette and a son, Bob Nichols.
