Jack L. Vaughn, age 50, of Round Lake, died July 11, 2006 at Condell Medical Center, Libertyville.
     He was born November 17, 1955 in Ft. Bragg, NC to Jack and Betty Vaughn. Raised in North Carolina, he enlisted in the United States Navy out of high school. Following his honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy, he relocated to the Lake County area. He was employed as a plumber for Chain O’ Lakes Plumbing in Round Lake for 15 years.
     Jack greatly enjoyed all types of music, and was an avid fisherman.
     Survivors include his wife Lyn Krebs of Round Lake; and five sons, Jeremey Vaughn of Kenosha, WI, Jamie Vaughn of Kenosha, WI, Justin Vaughn of Round Lake, William (Brandy) Krebs of Tampa FL, and Justin Krebs of Tampa, FL.
     He was preceded in death by his father, and a son, Matthew Krebs.
     The visitation will be from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm on Saturday, July 15, 2006, at the Justen’s Round Lake Funeral Home 222 N. Rosedale Ct. (at Cedar Lake Rd.), Round Lake.     
     The funeral service will be held at 5:00 pm on Saturday, July 15, 2006 at the funeral home. The Rev. Lisle Kauffman will officiate.
     Inurnment will be private.
