My deepest condolences to Juan’s family and friends. He was the kindest, most hard-working man. I met him at Grove Avenue School, and then worked with him at Sunny Hill Elementary as well. He was always so positive despite the challenges he faced. I hope he knew how much we appreciated his kindness and ever-present smile. The world needs more people like Juan - so sorry that he was taken far too young. May he Rest In Peace.

I had the pleasure of working with Juan at Station Campus for a number of years prior to him working at Grove and Sunny Hill. Juan was a hard worker and he often went above and beyond to make sure that things were done well. More importantly, Juan was a great person with a big heart and he made the school better with his enthusiasm and outgoing personality. My condolences to his family during this difficult time.

Mr. Juan, as the Grove kids in Barrington 220 called him, was a wonderful person who always had a smile on his face and was willing to help with whatever needed to be done at Grove. We are so sad to hear of his passing and send our deepest condolences to his family.

Juan was a great man who has been dearly missed since leaving Lake Zurich Middle School South. It sounds cheesy, but he is someone who made us feel complete as a staff when Juan was with our school. Always willing to do what was necessary to help anyone and everyone regardless of the task, Juan epitomizes the definition of a caring colleague. I will never forget Juan's excitement in spontaneously and proudly sharing an album of his daughter's quinceanera. It has been many years since I have seen Juan, but I am extremely saddened and offer my thoughts and sympathy to Silvia and the Garcia family for their loss. Much Love, Aaron
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Our deepest condolences to Juan's family. This is such a devastating loss. Juan was a treasured colleague of ours in Barrington 220. He was always the first to greet us, usually in the parking lot, when Chuck and I would arrive in the elementary buildings to teach beginning band lessons at the schools where he worked. He always had a smile on his face, was eternally friendly and considerate and caring and took pride in his work. Our days were always brighter after having spoken with him! His kindness will always be remembered, and he will be truly missed.
