My earliest memory of Kathy was when I was nine years old. I was in an auto accident and the paper put in an article about it and asked for cards to be sent to me...I received a get well card and note from Kathy and her sister Doreen, I’ve always remembered their names and then meet them in school...Kathy was in my graduating class we just celebrated our fifty reunion, I didn’t get to talk to her or anyone much cause of my voice being so low from that car accident...I just know I’ll see her again when I go home to be with Our Lord. Much Love my friend Wenda Ward Rainey

We are still finding it hard to believe that our dear Kathy is no longer with us. We had such a good visit a few weeks ago, and had no inkling that would be the last. I found a couple pictures I thought you might like to see. I think the one with Kathy and Patty was at Uncle Martin and Aunt Sylvia's surprise anniversary party at their cottage. The other one is Kathy and Mom (Helen Howard) dancing at Uncle Herb and Aunt Gin's 50th. anniversary in 2000. You have our deepest and most heartfelt condolences. Please know that we've been where you are now, and you'll never get over this loss, but time will heal the pain and you'll be able to remember the good times without tears. Blessings to Dick and all the family.

She was a wonderful lady and the best thing that could have happened to my first cousin, Dick! They were both a joy to be around....to go camping with....to laugh with....bike with....the list goes on and on. We will miss her dearly but know she is a much better place because of her faith in Jesus Christ. That is a blessed hope we can always hang on to....that one day we'll be together again.
