I have known Kathy all my life. Her Aunt, Uncle & Cousins were also my relatives. I have a lot of memories of when our families spent time together when we were younger. We always thought of each other as cousins. Then you grow up & go your separate ways. I would see Kathy over the years & we always had such a good time. I loved her & I will miss her. My thoughts & prayers are with all her loved ones & friends. She will be in my heart forever. RIP beautiful Kathy. Love you, Patti Dahlke

Kath~ i first met you when Shaina & i became friends in 6th grade...Your laugh and big personality lit up the room! You showed me what a strong woman could be: working, taking care of your family, and everything around your house! You were always so sweet, gave great big hugs, and made me feel apart of your family. You always made sure we were fed, or would cook us up something if we were hungry, hence the nickname “cooking with Kath”. I love how you still held onto all the projects i would make at E.T. with the kiddos.....i will cherish all the good memories we had, and always remember you. Love ya Kath!

Dear Shaina and family, Never easy to deal with the passing of a parent, especially at your age. I'm so sorry you are going through all this. With Brian by your side, you will be strong. Your mama is at peace now, and she will live on in your happy memories to share with Jackson & Nolan.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Kathy was a good neighbor in our little Crystal Lake cul de sac. She and her smiling face will be missed. I have known her for nearly 20 years she moved there with her mom and daughter. Prayers for Sam, Shaina and family at this difficult time. This photo shows her happy spirit.
