After a long battle with Covid, Louis Randall Sanchez passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Northwestern Huntley Hospital. Louie, as he was known by all; was a master craftsman.
Louie was born on October 28, 1966, to Jose and Kathy Sanchez in McHenry, Illinois. The third of four, but probably the most memorable one. Always the class clown, doing anything crazy to get a laugh.
Taken way too soon from all of us, we will all miss his crazy, off-the-wall humor. The more he annoyed you, meant the more he really liked you! But through all of that crazy humor he was that person who was always there when you needed a hand, always a friend through everything, someone who was there for anyone in need, and always wore his heart on his sleeve.
Louie was a gifted contractor, he could build anything, just looking at the task and finishing it with amazing results every time. This past year he was working in Tennessee building a new forever home for him and his soulmate, Julie Addison, to move into. Starting with a small shell and building it out, by himself, to a double story large home for them to share their lives.
Louie may be gone, but will never be forgotten. He leaves behind his mother, Kathleen Sanchez; his three siblings – Butch (Tammy) Pennington, Tony (Bev) Pennington, and Starr (Dwight) Hochbaum; his daughter, Rabecca Sanchez and his soulmate, Julie Addison, and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jose Sanchez.
He will be forever in our hearts and memories; we were so blessed to have had this time with him. God please watch over him until we are able to be with him again!
A Celebration of Life will be held for Louie on Sunday, October 10, 2021, at Palace Bowl, 3400 N. Richmond Road, McHenry from 2 pm till 6 pm. Service will begin at 2:30 pm.
