Nancy Jane Dean, age 70 of Woodstock, IL, passed away on April 20, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 11, 1951, to Ed and Grace (Denney) Becker in Orange, New Jersey.

Nancy was a CCD teacher and a eucharistic minister for 40 years at several catholic congregations throughout McHenry and Kane County, Il. She loved always being a part of the masses and anything else she could do to help with the congregations. She loved horses, especially riding them. She enjoyed playing card games or any other games with her beloved family and grandchildren. Her favorite sports team was the Chicago Bears. Her greatest accomplishment was her family, and she loved to watch Kim playing softball. Her favorite holiday was the 4th of July.

Nancy is survived by her children: Traci (John Beuckens) Emond, Kimberly Dean, her grandchildren; Brianne, Emma, Derek and Alexandria and siblings; Joanne (Joe), and Barb.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ed and Grace (Denney) Becker, along with her children’s father Russell Dean and many friends and family that passed before.
