Pearl Pershinske, age 82 of McHenry, IL passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on July 6, 2022. She was born on April 20, 1940, in Chicago, IL to August and Violet (Rueffer) Pershinske.
Pearl enjoyed making many beautiful crafts through crocheting and knitting. Her favorite was doing plastic canvas embroidery. Her family and friends displayed many of her pieces in their homes. Pearl was an avid reader and loved to put together 1000-piece jig-saw puzzles. She loved her family and always enjoyed caring for her nieces as if they were her own children.
Pearl is survived by her brothers; Kenneth (Geri) Pershinske and Jim (Susan) Pershinske, her nieces; Laura, Lisa, Michelle, Tina, Dawn, and Candi, her 13 great nieces and nephews and her 3 great great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, August and Violet (Rueffer) Pershinske.
A memorial gathering will be held at the Justen Funeral Home & Crematory, 3700 W. Charles J. Miller Road, McHenry, IL on Monday, July 18, 2022, from 11- 1pm.
