Philip Joseph Fremento Jr., age 54, of McHenry, died suddenly on December 27, 2006 at Northern Illinois Medical Center, McHenry.
He was born November 10, 1952 in Rome, New York, to Philip J. and Marian (Giessel) Fremento.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a dealer of sports cards.
Survivors include his mother Marion (Warren) Short of Indiana; three sisters, Dawn Oligney, Melody Werner, Pamela Toney; and friend, Bill W.
He was preceded in death by his father. Friends may meet the family on Friday, December 29, 2006 from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. at Normandy Hall, V.F.W. Post 4600, 3002 W. Route 120, McHenry.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 29, at the V.F.W. The Rev. Ralph Searles officiating. The Honor Guard will be presented by the McHenry V.F.W. Post 4600 and Military Honors from the U.S. Air Force.
Inurnment will be private.
