To Quin's family and friends I give my deepest and most heartfelt sympathies. I hope that today's celebration of life was calming to your hearts and a reminder of how precious life truly is. The loss of a child is one of the most devastating things we have to experience yet we have God's promises that millions of children will be reunited with their parents in the resurrection. May you find some comfort in knowing when God says it, it will come true! -1 Thessalonians 4:13, 14

I'd heard so much about Quin and finally met him when he took care of Ryan's dog. Quin was so sweet with Zuco and so kind toward me. Quin had a cute laugh that reminded me of you, Erin. And those darn bangs he flipped to the side! That's what I'll remember about him. A kind gentle soul.

Trusty Family left a message on December 18, 2018:
Quin was a "regular" at the Trusty house when the boys were in middle school (and Kyle at the Hartney household); he and Kyle were always hanging out together, sometimes a week at a time during school breaks. When he walked through our door a few months ago, it was just like old times, still trying to convince him that he broke the tile by our front door (he didn't, but I swear he still had his doubts!). I'm glad the boys were able to reconnect recently. Quin will be greatly missed!

Quin, I’m sorry this post is late and I hope that you knew that I loved you. We had our differences but I think we had more laughs than arguments and more talks then people would think. I’m sorry I wasn’t there for you more. I love you dude, please wrap your spirit through your family and friends through the following years. Rest easy dude..... love always ?

A few years ago these verses gave me a little peace when I needed it. I am praying for you all. John 14:1-4 Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God ; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.
