Sabrina Lynn Bottcher, age 37, of McHenry, peacefully passed away early Saturday morning, May 26, 2018 at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born October 18, 1980 in Elgin, IL.
At a Halloween party at The Hob Knob in 2002, Sabrina met the love of her life, David H. Bottcher Jr. They soon became inseparable and their love grew stronger with each day. On April 25, 2012, she married David at D’Andrea Banquets (formerly the Hob Knob-where it all began).
Sabrina was a beautiful person, always laughing, smiling, and she never had a harsh word to say about anyone. Sabrina would light up a room upon entering, and she lived life to the fullest. She also enjoyed the outdoors, and was a queen on the dance floor. Most of all, Sabrina had a great love for her family and friends. She loved her Pit Bull fur-babies, and was an avid fan of the dog rescue television show, Pitbulls and Parolees. She was the best “Dog Mom” ever, and they will miss her greatly.
Sabrina is survived by her best friend and husband, David; their five fur-babies, Moose, Charlie, Diamond, Dozer, and Zoey; her mother, Pam St. Phillips; three siblings, Tammy St. Phillips, Anthony St. Phillips, Amber St. Phillips; her aunt, Donna King; and her in-laws, David and Susana Bottcher.
A memorial visitation will be Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Justen Funeral Home & Crematory, 3700 W. Charles J. Miller Road, McHenry, IL 60050. The Celebration of Life ceremony will be 6 p.m. in the funeral home.
