Sandra Lee Soliman-Radle received her angel wings on October 8th 2021. She was 79 years old. She was born on April 8th in Chicago Illinois and moved to Round Lake Illinois when she was 8 years old.
Sandy was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She was loved deeply and will fiercely watch over Dawn, Dennis, Robert and Teri. She loved becoming grandma to Michelle, Chaz, Cody, Ryan, Karoline, Tyson, Taylor and Laine. She was also blessed with 8 great grandchildren.
Her home was full of love, laughter, peace and neighborhood kids. She was always prepared with sandwiches and Kool aid to feed a roomful of hungry boys.
She had the voice of an angel and sang in her church choir. She enjoyed watching game shows and movies from her favorite chair with her diet cokes full of ice. As much as she loved her quiet time, she equally loved a house full of friends and family. Holiday meals were her specialty. She was generous, kind, caring and honest. She always tried to make others happy, even if she was miserable.
She worked for the State of Illinois and retired from the Waukegan Department of Motor Vehicles in 2014. She proudly served her work family as Union stewardess for many years.
Sandy leaves behind 1 brother, Ray. She was finally reunited with her baby girl, Rebecca, her beloved grandparents, Myrtle and Ted, her parents Charlotte and Edward, and 2 brothers Marty and Ed.
She will be forever missed- but now sings in the angel’s choir.
