Terry passed away peacefully after a battle with Alzheimer’s disease. He grew up in McHenry Illinois and married the love of his life, Judy Brough in 1964.
Terry started and successfully ran his own local brick business (Connor Masonry) for 33 years and was well known in the community. He and his wife Judy loved bowling on the Friday night league in Island Lake for many years and Terry was also an avid golfer. In addition to participating in those leagues, he offered a little extra time and talent to help manage and run both. Terry loved his family, had many friends and a wonderful sense of humor. Anyone even somewhat acquainted with Terry would remember that whenever he was greeted with the question “How are you?” his response was always…”I’m Happy!” And he truly was, with a great knack for making those around him happy too. He will be greatly missed.
Terry is survived by his children; Rick (Sue) Connor, Rob (Kim) Connor and Dan Connor, his grandchildren Austin, Dylan, Sidney (Robert), Jason, Kaytlin, and Courtney, and his brother Tom Connor and sister Mary Jo Hauser (Jim).
He was preceded in death by his wife Judy (Brough), father Joseph Connor and Mother Francis Connor (Kelahan).
