Vici L. Maas, age 60, passed away at her home on December 28, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 1, 1961, in Chicago, Illinois to Charles Williamson and Marie (Tremonte) Emmons.

Vici was the Deputy Village Clerk of Round Lake Park. She was very active in the community and was a great special event coordinator due to her resourcefulness. Her greatest accomplishments were her family and her friends. She was often seen walking around gatherings with her beloved family taking pictures. Vici would say that the best gift she could receive is to be able to spend time with her family. She had a positive attitude and loved to make people laugh. She enjoyed crafting and her new found love for crocheting.

Vici is survived by her children; Joshua (Courtney), Christina (T.J.), her siblings; Linda Lucassen, Joseph (Anna) Williamson, Darin (Stacy) Emmons and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Charles Williamson and Marie Emmons, her step-father Ray Emmons, her sister, Judy Lambert and her brother-in-law Dutch Lucassen.

A memorial visitation will be held at the Justen’s Round Lake Funeral Home, 222 North Rosedale Court, Round Lake, Illinois, on Saturday, January 8, 2022, from 1-4pm. In accordance with public gathering restrictions, attendees are expected to wear a face covering.

My Vici, my dearest cousin, the world is not the same world without you in it. I have the fondest memories of our childhoods in the Rosemont home. We would play for hours and stay all day long and God bless Ray, would drive my whole family all the way home way across town, into the wee hours of the morning.
